through the Tobacco Technical Assistance Consortium. BOTC

Designed to facilitate discussion and analysis among tobacco
control advocates, legislators and the public about the most
effective way to secure funding for comprehensive tobacco
control programs. Available through the Advocacy Institute.
Special
Reports: State Tobacco Settlement (November 2005)
This annual report from the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids
assesses whether states are using the proceeds from the 1998
state tobacco settlement to fund programs to reduce tobacco
use.
