Accessibility
This page reproduces material published by the Tobacco Cessation Leadership Network between 2005 and 2008. Names, roles, partners and funders are as published at that time and do not describe any current relationship, endorsement or funding. Nothing here is medical advice.
This site is built as plain HTML and CSS with no scripting beyond a structured-data block. It is intended to be usable with a keyboard, a screen reader and at any window width.
- Every page has one main heading, a breadcrumb and a skip-to-content link as its first focusable element.
- Body and link colours meet WCAG AA contrast against the page background.
- Keyboard focus is always visible as an outlined ring; focus styling is never removed.
- Schedule and fact tables use real table markup with captions and column headers, which remain available to screen readers after the narrow-width label/value conversion.
- The section menu is a plain list at every width, not an accordion or a hidden menu.
- The site honours
prefers-reduced-motion; there is no animation, autoplay or parallax anywhere.
